“My loan recorded today, so this seems like just the right time to express my satisfaction with the fantastic service provided me by Mr. Lee.

I was not planning on refinancing, but happened to bump into Mr. Lee.  Making conversation, I said that my mortgage was with his employer, and he happened to mention interest rates were pretty low.  Less than a month later, I was signing my closing documents.  

I’ve refinanced my home four times in the last six years so I’ve had a lot of experience with refinances. Going through this process with Mr. Lee was painless, quick, easy, educational, and had a far better result than I ever expected,

He was able to move me from a non-conforming loan into a conforming loan (Freddie/Fannie approved), thereby dropping my interest rate from 4.75% to 3.75%.  This means a reduction in my mortgage payment of $300 each month.  For me, that’s huge money.

Mr. Lee is not at all a pushy salesman, which I so appreciate.  In fact, he didn’t seem like a salesman at all.  Thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, and hands-on, he’s down-to-earth and a really nice guy on top of that.  I never once felt condescended to or as if he was impatient with me.

I cannot recommend Mr. Lee enough.  For a young man, he has a lot of experience, and he knows his stuff.  I believe he was sincerely happy to save me so much money each month.  

This was a wonderful experience and completely unexpected for me.  I think my savings were partially the result of lower interest rates and good timing, but I give Spencer Lee the lion’s share of the credit.  His intelligence, judgement, and formidable experience are responsible for a  discernible improvement in my quality of life, and for that I am extremely grateful.”
